To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Too early to give a thorough review other than.it arrived fast. Well made and good quality, used only once and that was on my allotment to cut back brambles etc.its not light when extended and slightly better when not.I looked at other brands and they are all around the same weight. Charge looks good.had enough for about 1 hour.have previously purchased a Yardforce mower which has been bullet proof so hence buying this

All good for hedge trimming and battery life good until charging up as it will not charge past 27% and there is no way to find a solution !
