You have 30 calendar days from the day you place your order to notify us that you want to cancel and return your item to us. To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that we are happy to arrange the return carriage, but we do ask that you cover the cost of £12 per order for all products.

I have been looking for a cordless vacuum at an affordable price for a while. I bought this mainly for the vacuum as I already have a cordless blower. I have now used it for quite a while. It runs on full power for ten minutes and takes 1 hour to charge. During that ten minutes the bag will fill and the leaves be shredded into very small pieces. Very good to collect leaves on banks, slopes, corners of the paths around the house and on a heavy gravel drive. I am a 75 year old female and find the ten minutes just right without the bag getting too heavy before emptying, though I have only used it on dry leaves so far, that may be different on wet ones. The machine does exactly what I wanted it to do, and I am very pleased with it.
