Cancellations and Returns Support

We’re sorry if you are not happy with your Yard Force product, we strive to produce products which satisfy all consumers, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right for everyone.

Please contact us prior to returning a product to see if there is anything we can do to help you understand the use of your product or resolve an issue. This policy only applies to purchases made on www.yardforce.eu. For Yard Force products purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for relevant information on cancelling your order or returning a product.

Returns FAQs

Online returns timelines
The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You need to notify Yard Force of your wish to cancel your order within this time.
Do I have to pay to return unwanted goods?

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.
We recommend you get proof of postage just in case something goes wrong in returning your product.

Can I get delivery costs refunded?
After returning the goods, Yard Force will refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary; and also, for the cost of collection if you asked us to arrange that for you.
Your refund for the goods and standard delivery cost will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or on the provision of evidence that they were returned, through the payment method you used to place your order.
Return Process

If you still wish to return your product, please email orders@yardforce.co.uk. Please ensure you provide your order reference so our team can locate your order details.

Returning faulty goods bought online or return of goods after 28 days of receipt

If the product you have purchased is faulty or damaged we may offer you a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. Please contact our customer services department through Our LIVE Chat button on the bottom right-hand corner of this page or email suport@yardforce.co.uk to discuss the matter further, alternatively visit our support pages for troubleshooting help.

You will not be charged for collection of a faulty item. If we need to refund your order you will be refunded for the goods and standard delivery cost and this will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or on provision of evidence that they were returned, through the payment method you used to place your order.

Repairs Collections
We reserve the right to arrange collections of machines for repair only in UK mainland areas, meaning we cannot collect from islands surrounding England, Scotland & Wales excluding Ireland.
