Delivery & Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the day you place your order to notify us that you want to cancel and return your item to us. To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that we are happy to arrange the return carriage, but we do ask that you cover the cost of £12 per order for all products.

The mower gives a good cut and a nice stripped lawn.
The battery lasts for a very large lawn. However the rear wheels fall off, the customer service is appalling. They send you instructions to fix the rear wheels problem. It’s a great mower, its let down by the rear wheels issue and poor customer service.

Light and easy to use, had for 18 months now did a great job going cut and nice stripe. Issue is the battery now does not hold charge so cannot cut full lawn in one go. I have to put back on charge to finish first lawn then back on charge to do second lawn taking 2-3 days to cut 2 lawns.

Light and easy to assemble and manoeuvre. Gave a good cut and the battery lasted long enough to do both of my lawns. Battery charger is surprisingly large.
