YARD FORCE GIVEAWAYS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

The Yard Force Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Yard Force and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry Period:

The giveaways begin and end on the days specified as per the announcement of said giveaways on Yard Force UK’s social media channels. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

Participants can enter the giveaways by completing an online form & following Yard Force UK on social media. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize:

The prize(s) for the Giveaway will be [description of the prize(s)]. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. If multiple items are to be won, each winner will receive one (1) of the items. 

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Prize Claim:

Winners will be notified via email or social media, within seven (7) days after the end of the Entry Period. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Delivery of Prize:

Winners will receive their prizes within 30 days of the prize draw. Delivery details will be coordinated with the winner upon confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

Publicity:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Yard Force to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

Yard Force reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Yard Force’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Yard Force in its sole discretion.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Yard Force, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Yard Force is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.

The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
