We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, using a zone-based delivery structure:

Zone 2

  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Wight

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before purchase.

Zone 1

  • FREE delivery on all eligible products
  • Pro-Rider / large ride-on products: £150 delivery charge

Zone 2

  • £9.99 delivery charge on most products
  • Pro-Rider / large ride-on products: £150 delivery charge

All applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Parcel Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Large Deliveries: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, weather conditions, or regional access restrictions.

5. Delivery Methods

  • Smaller items are delivered via trusted courier services.
  • Larger items may be delivered specialist carriers.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address where required.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), allowing you to follow your delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and item(s) where possible

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
